Points positifs : Lovely apartment 🤩 with a lovely view to the harbor! The connection was good with the homeowner and we got a comprehensive presentation of the apartment and outside of the house, for example, trash and gates .The apartment found everything you needed for a nice vacation 😎

Very warm welcome, convenient location, and a great view.
Points positifs : I was greeted very warmly by the host's father. The location was ideal with immediate access to both the train station on one side and the port on the other. It was a 10-minute walk to the beautiful old town. The apartment itself was clean and practical and perfect for 1-2 guests. I would happily return!

Tender was the day and night in beautiful Antibes and the great appartment!
Points positifs : Everything was perfect. The landlord is very kind and explained us everything upon arrival. The appartment is well equipped and has everything one needs. The terrasse view is top notch to enjoy the breakfast in sunrise and watch the harbour and the old town rising behind it both in the morning and in the evening/night. The location was priceless also for getting around both by local bus in Antibes, by train and regional buses to anywhere in the region. Antibes city centre and old town were at walking distance (10-15min max), but one could also take bus there. For people with reduced mobility, the bus 14 stops just few steps away and takes one to the handicap beach. We really truly enjoyed our stay and would anytime book the appartment again! Thank you, merci!

A wonderful stay in a clean, modern, and secure apartment. Highly recommend!
Points positifs : Myself and my father have just returned from a wonderful five day stay in this apartment. The apartment is modern, safe, and clean, and the view from the covered balcony is glorious. The location is brilliant - less than one-minute walk to Antibes train station - and served as the perfect base for our trips to Nice, Menton, Monaco, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez. Various amenities are within walking distance - a supermarket around 200 metres away (open until 22:00hrs every day), a beautiful boulangerie across the road, an ATM around 250 metres away, and old town Antibes is only a five to ten minute walk away. Communication throughout our stay was great - Franck and his father, Christian, were helpful, welcoming, and spoke excellent English (although I did try to converse in French!). Overall, it was the most magnificent week. Myself and my father are already planning our return trip to Antibes, and we will certainly return to this apartment if available. Highly recommend!

Points positifs : I was met at the station and taken to the apartment by Madame Bellecs, la mere de la proprietaire who is a most kind and wonderful lady. She showed me hiw everything worked and checked on me during my stay to see whether I needed anything. I was also invited out to dinner . Wonderful indeed. The apartment had everything I needed and a wonderful view. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. I often just stayed in and enjoyed the wonderful view with un verre du vin.

Appartamentino vista mare accogliente ed essenziale e soprattutto molto centrale
Points positifs : La posizione perfetta, la possibilità di avere il posto auto al coperto e la terrazzina vista porto/mare ottima per le cene di sera in totale relax. Una pasticceria/bar attaccati per le colazioni e il cibo d’asporto.
