Luxe et charme Vieil Antibes 80m2 Clim Parking plages à pieds

Points positifs : L'appartement est placé idéalement en plein centre du vieil Antibes, calme et très propre. On peut tout faire à pieds courses, plages, restaurants, cinéma, bateau (proche du port) et train pour visiter. Vraiment passé un super séjour. L'accueil a été fait directement par Alain le propriétaire qui m'a bien expliqué les choses.

Points positifs : Logement idéalement situé à 10 min des plages du port et proche des commerces. On peut se passer de la voiture.

Points positifs : The host Alan is a really great guy. He was a gracious host, and even got out of bed to let us in when we locked ourselves out like fools. The apartment is huge, two stories. Comfortable bed, lots of space, everything you could want in an apartment.

Points positifs : The location of the appartment is great! Owner of the appartment is very helpful, easy to contact. We had enough space for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child. Air condishions in each room! Definately will recommend this appartment for stay!

Spacious, bright and comfortable central apartment

Points positifs : We phoned the host as soon as we arrived (two hours prior to check in hours) and they were very kind to let us in early. We appreciated this especially as we arrived during a heatwave. The properly is spacious and bright. We liked the windows all around, and the fact that they have curtains and shutters. The apartment is very centrally located yet on a fourth floor, which means it's quite well insulated from noise. We appreciated the sun umbrellas available, the three AC units (we only used the one in the main living area and that was sufficient even on a very warm day). Lots of plates and cutlery. The shower is very nice (good pressure, easy to figure out how to use).

Points négatifs : Things that could be improved (rather than not liking them): - some of the kitchen cabinet doors need adjusting (so that they are easy to open and close); missing cutting board(s) (there's a very worn out one that's plastic); no potato peeler; no grater; a new big size pot is needed (as the one available is very used and the coating all damaged); some containers for food to be kept in the fridge would be nice to have; and we didn't appreciate that there was a pile of dirty cutlery left by previous renters inside one of the shelves next to the plates - this should have been caught when the unit was cleaned, but shame on the previous renters. More drinking glasses are needed (and get rid of the two light blue ones whose coating is all damaged). The bedding (sheets) were not very smooth and require replacing. I think that it would be very helpful to have a guest guide with key information (such as where to locate the wifi info - this took us 15 minutes even with one of the hosts with us!). We would have really liked to have a second set of keys. We were told to use the box to put the key if one of us left but this was tricky (as the box gave the host/us some trouble to open, plus it's not practical in al scenarios). I would have expected the apartment to have the following: hand towels for the bathrooms; kitchen towels (just one included) and paper towels (none); soap for the dishwasher and for the washing machine, as well as garbage bags. We found two large very empty containers of soap instead! (We left a brand new soap container we bought as well as a pack of 20 garbage bags and a package of toilet paper, all of which we would have expected to be included with the rent, as the price was not cheap). Overall, though, these were al small issues that didn't take away from a wonderful stay in this apartment.

Points positifs : Perfekte Lage! Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in der Wohnung ruhig. Dank Klimaanlage war es auch in der Dachwohnung trotz Hitzewelle angenehm. Das Appartement ist schön. Es ist relativ offen, so auch der obere Schlafbereich (auf Gallerie). Wer viel Privatsphäre braucht, findet diese aber im unteren Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch.

Points négatifs : „Nicht gefallen“ wäre übertrieben…lediglich zwei Hinweise für den Vermieter, da er es sonst vielleicht nie mitbekommen 😉 - im unteren Bad tropft der Hahn in der Dusche, das stört etwas in der Nacht - Tür von WC (unten) lässt sich nicht richtig schliessen
