Balcony in Heart of pedestrian centre of Old Antibes

Points positifs : Appartement lumineux, très bien situé dans une rue piétonne. Il est très confortable,proche de tout. 10mn de la gare et de la plage et à l'entrée de la vieille ville. Il y a une superbe boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble et un supermarché à 100m. L'entrée dans l'appartement était très simple. Nous recommandons à 100% cet appartement.

Great apartment right in the centre of Antibes Old Town

Points positifs : Location is fab, umbrellas and towels for beach provided. Really clean, safe apartment, loads of space. Balcony small but perfect for morning coffee

Points négatifs : Aircon didn’t work properly at the start so it was annoying having to contact the mgmt and be there when they called, but they found a solution which saved us having to move with the heat!

Points positifs : Fabulous property. Location was excellent. Very close to train and bus station, 10 minute easy walk. At the beginning of the old town and lovely to stroll to the markets, the square and the beach for lots of swims. Loved having the little deck to sit and watch the world go by. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed, beach chairs, umbrellas for stunning weather or if it rained.

Points négatifs : Nothing at all. My husband did say a Nespresso machine was all that he missed😂

Points positifs : This apartment is a gem! On one of the best possible spots on the entrance of the old town of Antibes. Location 10/10: 10 mins walk to the train station, 15 minutes walking distance to the port and all the fancy restaurants, right across to a cozy cafe called Pimms and one of the best bakeries in the area. The balcony is a real treasure and a treat for the romantic souls. We honestly preferred to have dinner on it instead of walking down to center cafe's and restaurants. The street is noisy indeed but the windows are very dense and once they are closed its quite and soundproof, so we had amazing sleep quality. The apartment has anything you need including beach towels, umbrella, kids sand toys - whatever you wish for. Kitchen is very well equipped - big fridge and washing machine. All the appliances look fairly new and well maintained. Very clean house. Me and my spouse had a wonderful and romantic vacation there and we highly recommend this to everyone!

Points positifs : Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal zu Gast in dieser schönen Wohnung. Es wird von den Gastgebern alles liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet und das lässt den Urlaub sofort beginnen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top und es sind kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, zum Meer und auch zu dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Der morgendliche Geruch der Boulangerie ist bezaubern! Also neben der wunderschönen Wohnung, auch weitere nette Rahmenbedingungen.
