Points positifs : The property had chairs and umbrellas for the beach that was 1 minute walk away. It was very clean and modern.

Points positifs : Great flexiblity of hosts - thank you! The studio is as in photos, even better. It gives you impression of being in a larger place. Design is nice and functional. The building is nice, location great, view wonderful. Everything is fully functional, fridge, air-conditioning etc. Minor thing: if you want to cook, you do need a bigger kitchen knife and a few more pans; the cooking plates are also a bit far in the corner, but this is how the space was designed. Parking is quite an issue - this is clearly stated in the ad. All parkings are usually heavily occupied; we managed to use one in the vicinity, by changing parkings/places and also visiting other cities during the day. You can also go to Congress place parking for longer period, which is 20 min on foot - advice provided by the host!

Points négatifs : The price is slightly on the higher side for the size and location of the place.

Points positifs : O apartamento é super limpo e tinha tudo o que precisamos. Lugar super tranquilo e ótimo para ir em família ou casal.

Points positifs : Das Appartement ist toll, die Aussicht großartig, super sauber. Am Strand ist man in weniger als 1 Minute. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe an der Strandpromenade.

Points négatifs : Der Fahrstuhl ist mehrmals ausgefallen. Die Kochutensilien sind sehr minimalistisch. Man kommt gerade so um die Runden. Parkplatz für Mietwagen ist nicht vorhanden, dafür kostenpflichtiger, öffentlicher Parkplatz.

Points positifs : Las vistas espléndidas al mar, la ubicación y la decoración moderna del apartamento. Muy próximo a la playa, tiendas y restaurantes. La cocina a pesar de que no la hemos utilizado ni un dia parece estar bien equipada, Si hay que cocinar algo la vitrocerámica seguramente es incómoda puesto que está situada en una esquina, pero de sobras suficiente par salir del paso ya que en vacaciones no estás para elaborar grandes platos ni estar cocinando a cada momento

Points négatifs : el apartamento está totalmente reformado pero el inmueble en el que se encuentra es muy antiguo, con escalera y ascensor muy viejos y con poco mantenimiento de limpieza y pintura. La cama es cómoda pero el acceso no , puesto que està totalmente arrimada a la pared y para acceder una de las personas tiene que pasar por encima de la que ya está acostada. Sólo éramos dos, pero para 4 o 5 personas el apartamento seria muy pequeño el plato de ducha muy pequeño. Hay solamente un armario ropero y un chifonier, pero el armario está lleno de cachibaches (sobrillas, esterillas, aspirador etc, ) con lo cual no queda mucho espacio para la ropa
