Points positifs : Tout Endroit super pour passer un bon moment Les propriétaires étaient à l'écoute dès que nous avions une question , donc très disponibles Endroit super bien situé ! Que ce soit pour la plage, les restaus , supermarché L'appartement est super mignon ! Bref mon mari et moi avons adorés et c'est certain qu'on y retournera l'année prochaine ! Merci encore à vous !!

Nicely decorated, well-equipped, & conveniently located, but finding a parking spot is very hard !
Points positifs : Overall, we had a great time and our stay was very enjoyable. The location is great, only a few minutes from the beach, with a supermarket just nearby, as well as lots of good restaurants. The apartment is well organized, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need, from kitchen utensils to appliances, as well as a fast internet connection. The host and service manager were very welcoming, responsive and friendly.
Points négatifs : The listing mentioned that parking was public on the street, but it didn't warn at all how difficult and frustrating it would be to actually find a spot! This was a big problem for us. There were so many little flies and gnats in the kitchen that we couldn't get rid of them, even with two insecticide diffusers on all the time. In fact, despite the good cleanliness rating on Booking, we found the apartment less clean than we expected. It looked as if the previous tenants had left a lot of mess, and there hadn't been enough time for a good clean before our arrival. Finally, the mattress was not very comfortable, but that may be a matter of personal preference.

Points positifs : Це було чарівно,все зручно персонал допомагає во всьому.Ми були з дітьми, усі залишилися дуже задоволенні.Обов'язково приїдемо знову. C'était magique, tout est confortable, le personnel nous aide pour tout.Nous étions avec des enfants, tout le monde était très heureux.Nous reviendrons certainement.

Points positifs : Der Wohnung war sauber und bequem. Wir haben ein Parkplatz genau vor dem Wohnung gefunden. Es ist sehr nah an Strand, und 10 min entfernt von Bahnhof. Wir waren sehr zufrieden 😊

Points positifs : Personale super disponibile e gentilissimo! Posizione comoda a tutti i servizi! A pochi passi da spiaggia e lungomare di Juan Les Pins! Comoda anche ai trasporti pubblici per poterti muovere in altre città!
Points négatifs : Non c è il parcheggio riservato ma in zona si trova parcheggio pubblico gratuito! La posizione al piano terra non ti fa godere di una buona privacy!

Points positifs : A volte leggo delle recensioni assurde e mi chiedo come possa certa gente scrivere certe cose, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento è a 2 isolati dal mare, climatizzato bene( perché fa fresco in tutta la casa e non come alcuni dicono solo nel soggiorno) è moderno e arredato con gusto e funzionalità (c'è pure la lavatrice nuovissima che è stata molto utile) la ragazza Dounia molto gentile e l'appartamento era perfettamente pulito. Torneremo sicuramente
Points négatifs : Unica pecca purtroppo che essendo piano terra e vicino alla portone d'ingresso, la gente entra a tutte le ore e disturba perché sbatte la porta e grida ma se come me utilizzate i tappi per dormire problema risolto. Purtroppo questa è una nota negativa per le persone non per la casa e ho già consigliato di mettere almeno un cartello di non disturbare e gridare almeno di sera/notte anche se la gente dovrebbe arrivarci da sola.

Für die Anreise aus dem Ausland wegen fehlender Bettwäsche schwierig. Schade, weil das Apartment eigentlich sehr nett is
Points positifs : Die Lage, gut zum Strand und Bussen. Anreise vom Flughafen ist gut, der Bahnhof kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Große Räume und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Großer Kühlschrank und eine sehr gute Waschmaschine.
Points négatifs : Im Appartement werden keine Bettwäsche und auch keine Bettdecken zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch nicht gegen Aufpreis. Kissen sind da, Bezug muss man selbst mitbringen.
