Maison top, service à revoir,
Points positifs : La situation. Le petit soucis est le déchargement et le chargement des bagages lorsque nous voyageons en voiture
Points négatifs : Le service n’a pas répondu à notre demande. Le jacuzzi n était pas propre alors qu’on nous prétendait avoir changé l’eau. Les filtres étaient obstrués par des déchets. Le banc de la terrasse était cassé et n’a pas été changé pendant notre séjour de deux semaines.

Lovely House in Charming Antibes
Points positifs : The house is absolutely wonderful and in a perfect location in Antibes. It has everything you could need, including a fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, making it very comfortable for three couples. The terrace is stunning, with an amazing sea view. The town itself is charming, with beautiful streets, a lively market, and a lovely seaside promenade Overall, the house itself made our stay fantastic, and we would highly recommend it.
Points négatifs : Communication with the host was sometimes slow, probably he seems very busy. There were some issues with collecting the keys but it was resolved in a reasonable time. The jacuzzi was not clean, so we didn’t use it during our stay.

Magnificent, stunning location a Beautiful well loved Home.
Points positifs : The information before arrival was clear.There are not enough words to describe what we liked because there was soooo much to love.The house was immaculate, facilities excellent. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and furnishings. Huge array of kitchenware , plenty of condiments and utensils.The views from the terrace were magnificent. We (three sisters), had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very cool and welcome rooms after hot days in Antibes .Having dishwasher and washing machine was a bonus.We were literally seconds from the old town market area.
Points négatifs : THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DISLIKE.

Amazing pied à terre in Antibes old town
Points positifs : Very central location and the rooftop views / terrace are the cherry on the cake…so tranquil and you could watch the bay of Antibes over a glass of wine…absolutely beautiful
Points négatifs : There’s no real parking nearby so you do have to lug your bags through the streets in 30C which is a bit of a pain in the arse..

Fabulous house
Points positifs : The house is perfect .. the location .. the views from the terrace .. very comfortable beds, well equipped
Points négatifs : It’s a personal preference, if it was my property I’d remove the jacuzzi on the roof and have some more sofas as that area is in the shade for most of the day so would be a perfect place to relax during the day.

Absolutely stunning apartment, location idilic…views from the rooftop terrace breathtaking!
Points positifs : The location of the property was absolutely stunning, central to old Antibes. The views from the rooftop terrace were magnificent. Very high standard property, immaculate inside with everything you needed for your stay.
Points négatifs : We paid the extra €150 fee for the use of the Spa jacuzzi. Due to solar gain build up during the day (despite keeping the cover on the device) the temperature of the water reached 42degrees and too hot to use. After raising concern with the Agent who were easily contactable we were advised to use the cold water hose and fill up with cold water. We think some guidance notes should be made available to guide the end user as we wanted to respect using the property and avoid any potential flooding. The dining table legs in the lounge were VERY loose and unstable and the cleaning team would have easily noticed how bad they were when prepping for our arrival.
